I never said it was guy vs girl thing and never intended to do so, but fro mthe way I saw those previous threads, it looked like it was to me... I just said that it would have been nicer if you included a few others that are more well known on the forum in your topic of discussion. And several people have the same kit as her such as Wagz. I know and understand that sometimes people get push over the edge over the littlest things and the poor soul that didn't even realize they pushed you over is getting all the heat for it. I'm guilty of this on many occasions and even Lady300Z, 1 pctmsg, and many of the members will attest to that. But it's still no excuse to do this on a public forum where 10,000 members are listed here. I'll say 1pctmsg was a bit cocky in his response but he wasn't a prick about it. I saw it as him defending her choice and we defend those that know each other well. I'm sure you'd do the same if some drunk guys were harrassing a lady friend of yours in a bar or club. I'm very neutral and indifferent about most things and I call it as I see from a 3rd person perspective. If you want a mature and intelligent response to your posts, then I would recommend/suggest that you carefully word your posts so that it doesn't give the impression that you're being "a prick" as you put it. On the internet, and I'm sure you are already aware of this, people can't clearly express their emotions or intent through written text as you would talking to a person directly and facing them. The Internet world is a very emotionless realm and a slight mis-wording of your text can potentially and grossly alter the nature and intent of your post. I'm sure you are a decent guy in person, but no one can really tell what kind of person you really are in this emotionless realm. But again, the slightest mis-wording of your intent can easily be misconstrued (sp?) as a disrespectful and derogatory comment. Just my $0.02 and somthing to think about.
